Lance of Yaggai is a normal unique 
Spetum found in Diablo 2 Resurrected. Lance of Yaggai has a Light Red tint.
Lance of Yaggai adds 1-60 Lightning Damage to a 15 to 23 physical base, so on an average swing the lightning is worth more than the spear itself, and 40% Increased Attack Speed lifts a slow base to a usable rate. All Resistances +15 counts for more than usual on a two-handed weapon, which has already given up the shield slot that normally supplies resistance. There is no Enhanced Damage anywhere on it, so both halves of the damage are fixed and it falls behind within a few levels.
How to upgrade Lance of Yaggai
You can upgrade Lance of Yaggai to a Yari with the following cube recipe:

When upgrading Lance of Yaggai to a Yari the level requirement will increase to level 30.
